Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is a free tool the Iowa Judicial Branch provides that offers a convenient alternative to appearing in court. ODR provides parties the opportunity to easily use the court system to quickly settle lawsuits involving debt collection in a safe, private online space. ODR allows parties to negotiate agreements in a way that minimizes costs and time spent in court.
