DeKalb County State Court – Traffic Division is focused on implementing and providing access and fairness to the many individuals we serve in our community, both in and outside the courtroom. As a successful result, the court is excited to offer Online Case Resolution as one of the many innovative ways the court currently provides online court services and access to justice for all. This process is free of charge and mirrors the necessary and required components of the in-person process with the additional convenience of access to justice for those who are unable to attend court for any reason, including work, school, health, or geographical location.
