The State of Michigan’s 30th District Court is pleased to offer online case negotiation as part of our initiative to expand access to justice and to strive for efficiency and fairness.
Currently, you can negotiate traffic infractions and warrants for failure to appear or failure to pay. If you think you have a warrant, simply search from the home page. Depending on your situation, we may be able to offer you a payment plan or a new court date.
