Family Services of the Conciliation Court provides dispute resolution for parties regarding dissolution, paternity, child support, and modification of legal decision-making and parenting time matters. The facilitator is a neutral third party that is involved to help the parties communicate and potentially resolve their disputed issues. Online dispute resolution is an opportunity for the parties to make their own decisions regarding their children and financial matters. If an agreement is reached during the process, the facilitator will prepare the legal document for all parties to review and sign. The agreement will then be submitted to the Court for consideration and signature and your hearing may be vacated if you resolve all disputed issues during the process.
