About Online Case Review

The Bay County 74th District Court is pleased to offer online case review as part of our initiative to expand access to justice and to strive for efficiency and fairness.

Currently, you can resolve traffic infractions, warrants for failure to appear or failure to pay, and general past due cases. Past due includes an assessment of your financial situation, so if you have old unpaid fines that you haven't taken care of, the court will evaluate your situation and potentially reduce the fine, and/or set a payment plan up for you. If you think you have a warrant, simply search from the home page. Depending on your situation, we may be able to offer you a payment plan or a new court date.
