Welcome to Online Traffic Ticket Resolution

This site is for motorists who have received a traffic ticket within the City of Rochester limits after May 2, 2022. Use this system to resolve a traffic violation(s), communicate with the Rochester Traffic Violations Prosecutor, and determine eligibility for a reduced plea offer.

You will need your traffic ticket number(s) or your Driver’s License number or N.Y. State photo ID number to use this system.

You may not use this system if any of the following are true:

1. You have obtained an attorney for this matter
2. You are not the defendant who received the ticket(s)
3. You received a ticket for speeding more than 41 miles-per-hour over the speed limit
4. You are requesting a supporting deposition
5. Your ticket is your third speed violation within 18 months
6. Your ticket is a misdemeanor violation

By using this system, you understand and agree to the following:

1. You may accept or reject any plea bargain offered here and request a trial.
2. By accepting the plea bargain offered here, you are pleading guilty to the agreed upon charge(s) and agree to pay the fine(s).
3. A plea of Guilty is equivalent to a conviction after trial and you will be liable to penalties as prescribed by law, including fines, suspension and/or revocation of your driver’s license, mandatory surcharges and/or Driver Responsibility Assessment.
4. You will be responsible for payment in full by the due date indicated on the Agency notice.
5. Failure to respond to the outcome of this process may result in a suspension of your driver's license and/or a default judgement against you.

You may use also this site to simply plead Guilty to the ticket(s). By doing so, you will not be considered for a reduction of the charge(s) or be considered for lesser points or fines and you agree to pay the fine(s) and accept the consequences of a guilty plea.

The cost to use this service is $8 plus an additional 5% service fee added to your fine(s).
